Windows support
Using support for MinGW in Fedora fix and automate the following:
- Fix any problems with the libvirt/virsh build. (Current status is that libvirt.so DLL doesn't build).
- Set up an automated build job.
- Build virt-manager (and virt-install, virt-clone, etc).
- Automate build of virt-manager and dependencies.
- Build virt-viewer.
- Automate build of virt-viewer.
- Build virt-top, virt-df, virt-mem.
- Automate build of virt-top, virt-df, virt-mem.
- Publish binaries on a web page.
